Enquiries
The consultation form on the homepage prepares a draft in your own email app. It does not submit or store an enquiry on the website. You must send the email yourself. Emails you send are received by the academy at infoatsrtutoring@gmail.com and used to respond to your enquiry.
Reviews
Review submission is a separate feature. We store your chosen display name, reviewer role, star rating, comment, submission date and confirmation of permission to publish. Reviews are held privately until approved. Approved display names, roles, ratings and comments appear publicly on this website. We do not request an email address, school name, photograph or a child's name on the review form.
Adults and children’s feedback
Only adults may submit reviews. A parent or carer must approve any child feedback they share. Please use a first name or alias and do not include identifying details about a child or sensitive personal information in your comment.
Permission and removal
Publication is optional and requires your permission. To request removal of a review or ask about your information, email infoatsrtutoring@gmail.com. We retain approved reviews while relevant and permission remains in place. We review pending submissions and delete unwanted entries.
Hosting and security
Reviews are stored through Netlify's hosting and storage services. Hosting security services may process connection information for abuse prevention. The review feature does not use advertising cookies or track reviewers across websites.
External services
The website uses Google Fonts for typography. Loading these fonts makes a connection to Google and may share standard connection information such as an IP address. Links to phone and email open your own apps. We do not add advertising trackers or a payment checkout.
